bass live is no problem for these industrial-strength Bass Series
Largemouth and Smallmouth Fly Rods from Sage. Designed with bass
tapers to give fly fishing bassers the edge, these Largemouth
and Smallmouth Fly Rods are complete with a fighting butt,
premium cork handle, up-locking anodized aluminum reel seat and chrome
plate snake guides and tip-top. The rods measure 7'11'' which
puts them under the strict bass tournament rules for rod
length. The rods come with a durable Sage rod case
and specialty fly line designed for use with these premium
bass rods. The weight-forward floating lines included with these rods
are 330 grain for Largemouth and 290 grain for Smallmouth,
and feature a short, heavy belly and quick front taper
designed to turn over big flies and heavy leaders. Made
in USA. Sage Smallmouth Rods are approximately 8/9-weight rods. Sage
Largemouth Rods are approximately 9/10-weight rods.
